Question

Will the Springboards be able to be updated with newer versions of the software (e.g. Tiger Woods Golf version 2) or will we have to purchase a new Springboard?

I guess that would be up to the respective springboard developers. If they wanted to throw some flash memory onto their module, it'd probably work.

And if all else failed, they could send you a new module with v2 on it, or do some sort of software patch. (That second would sort of defeat the purpose of having the plug'n'play, clean-up-after-itself capabilities of the springboard spec, though).
