Problems getting Palm Desktop to accept files to Install

Hi. I've been wanting to read the Lord of the Rings on my Visor Platinum, so I searched around and found MobiPocket eBook reader. I had the text version of the book, so I just downloaded MobiPocket Publisher so I could format it, save it as an HTML file, and convert it into a .PRC.

Well, that all went well, but now when I go to put the file into the Install list in Palm Desktop, a message keeps popping up and saying (and I quote):

Unable to install TheLordoftheRings.prc. File does not exist.

I've had this problem when trying to install other programs. I've figured with those that they weren't compatible with Handspring, that they would only work on Palm or something.

But when I go to look in MobiPocket Publisher help, it says that the files work with all PDAs. And of course the installation of MobiPocket to my Handspring worked just fine.

I'm sure someone has had this "file does not exist" type of thing before. Can you tell me what's up?
