I emailed Innogear asking which phone to buy now so that I will be compatible when the sixpack is released. They responded:

-----Innogear--------------------------------
We will not have cell phones certified until after we complete the product (late Spring) and then test with each phone that we intend to support. The SixPak will start shipping this summer, and cell phone cables will be added as they become available. We are working on the priority list right now. Please go to www.visorcentral.com and go to discussion/modules and look for the SixPak cell phone discussion.there you can add your phone to the list.

Thank you for contacting Innogear!

I have the Nextel i1000plus.

It isn't data capable yet, but maybe it will be by the time the Sixpack is released!

If it matters: I have a analog Nokia 910. I know it is a cheap phone but works okay and I only really need it on the weekends. I do have the ear bud for it so they do make some accessories for it. I would like to use it with the Six Pack as I plan on using it for another year or two.

StarTAC 6500 analog.

I am really looking forward to using the SixPac, it is one of the reasons I bought the Visor. Will it support the GTE analog system? We have terrible digital coverage in our area.

I don't have a phone yet but when my pager contract runs out I plan to replace it with a small, cheap phone that supports paging and the six pack. Any recomendations?

Samsung 3500 with Sprint digital PCS. Hope this hits the market pretty soon. The waiting for the SixPack is almost as tough as waiting for the original Visor.

Bob,

I have a Motorola StarTac 3000 analog phone and do not plan on upgrading to digital for a while. I also know that Moto has an add on PDA for its StarTac phones called the clipOn Organizer. I emailed Moto asking if they were PalmOS compatible but I was not surprised when I got NO reply.

Thanks for keeping an eye on what products and features we would like to see.
