Sync problem fixed!

well, i am not sure, but i think i determined that the problem was the software that was on the handpsring disk. no matter what i did, or how much i reinstalled it, i kept having the same issues. friday, i went to the handspring website, and downloaded the installation software (with updates) from them. I loaded it on my home and office computers, and SURPRISE! all is fixed! i was all set friday to go and buy another cradle too... i figured it was the problem, but i guess it's a software bug...
