I just had to post on behalf of my cs experience this last week. I am a student home on spring break, and of course had a terrible drop with my visor that destroyed the screen. I was worried about 2 things: not being able to get it back before school started this monday, and the 75 dollars most people paid to replace their screens.
As it turns out, Mike my cs guy was able to replace the visor at no cost and it would be mailed to me in 1 week. Well, 2 days later it was in my hand and I have already resynced and am back in business.
To all those who are worried about this company, don't be. They may have kinks, but I am willing to bet my experience is much more of the norm than the horrific experiences others have had.
