Scheduling '2nd Tues of each month'?

I seem to remember seeing someone explain how you can schedule a repeating appointment for, say, the 2nd Tuesday of every month. I sure can't seem to figure out how this can be done. Is it possible?

in Datebook or Datebook+:

* select event on the 2nd Tuesday of a month.
* select "Details" button
* select "repeat"
* select "month." The box at the bottom will say "the [day of month] of every month"
* select "Repeat by Day" -- the box at the bottom will change to say, "The 2nd Tuesday of every month."
