I am currently using the copy/paste method to transfer Word documents into the Memopad Window on the Palm Desktop. However, I realize that if the document is too long, then the information is truncated and shows up on my Visor after the HotSync as separate memopad items.
1- Does anyone have any ideas for a better way to streamline what I have to do as well as to go around this problem of truncating?
2-Is there a way to convert Word files to TakeNote files & vice versa?

any ideas would be appreciated.

In MS Word, save your doc file as a text file, drag the text file to the TakeNote! folder on the desktop and the file will be converted and loaded on your next synch. The reverse should work also.
