Hot Sync Problem

Help
When I try to Hot Sync, I receive a Fatal Error message. Than I reset the HS Dlx and I am able to sync.
Any ideas

What's the error message? Are you running any hacks? What's the last app you installed?

Also, check the hotsync log to see if it contains any messages as to what the problem might be.

fatal error

mark The error is "Fatal Exception" I have no hacks installed
I truthfully do not remember my last file installation .
Are the any file cleaner programs out there where I can delete any junk which may still be lurking?
