Angry

So yesterday I discovered a severe crack in one of the two plastic spring notches that holds the springboard space holder in place. Today the thing cracked right out and upon careful observation the other one is starting to crack too. I take real good care of my VDX and only have one module the eyemodule which I switch in and out several times a week. Has this happened to anyone else?? Does anyone sell extra spacers to replace this one of mine that is cracked? Does handspring? Will they give me a new one since my VDX is less than a year old?

Thumbs up

based on the good things i've heard about handspring service support, i bet if you wrote and told them about your broken cover, they'd send you a new one. might even give you a free one too.

Same thing happened to my IVD about 8 months ago. When I called HS to report the problem, I had a new (remanufactured) Visor on my doorstep two days later. As long as you are still under warranty, just give them a call and they will take care of you.
