It's a steel cable and lock that attaches to a PDA's stylus dock.

The spec sheet ftp://ftp.kensington.com/pdfs/PDASavFS.pdf says it's compatible with Handspring products.

Might be useful for students to lock their Visor to their bookbag to avoid theft.
