Khroma. It allows you to change the default colors of the PalmOS user interface. I have nice crimson tabs and turquoise blue pull down menus, instead of the boring blue . You can also change the text color, underline, background, highlight, buttons, etc. And it's free!
On a tangential note, you can delete Khroma once you have your colors set to your liking, and they'll survive anything short of a hard reset. Don't delete Khroma if you want to revert to the default colors.
