Can/would anyone reccomend Net2Phone or a similar service?

I live in Mongolia, and for the past 2 years have used Vocaltec's Iphone 5 and the telephony service from iscom.net (4.9 cents/min.) Iscom.net also has their own dialer which works real well.

I figure 4.9 cents/min through the internet is better than $3/min through the regular phone.

I use Net2phone when I'm at college. The sound quality is a little choppy, but for 4.9 cents/minute I can't complain. Also, you need to consider your connection speed. I use a LAN connection, so I don't know how it will work using a modem.
