Hey,
I have heard of some concerns with HotSyncing with Win2k OS. Can anyone shed some light on this? I am looking to get a cradle for work to better make use of my visor.
Should I go serial or USB? Are there any concerns that I should be aware of or anything I should download before undertaking this adventure?
thanks!

I use Win2K fine.

I suggest you download the Installation Software and Handspring Updater V1.0 here.

Definately go with USB. It's way faster.
