I got a replacement VDX because my datebook and address buttons were not working. I'm still having the same problem with the new unit so it must be a software conflict somewhere. The Preference settings for the buttons are correct. I uninstalled my hacks. Any ideas.

I've had the same experience. I'm on my second unit as well. Handspring tech guys think it's because of my 3rd party applications, hacks etc...

I've stripped out most of my 3rd party apps and my unit still from time to time needs a soft reboot.

I would recommend backing up your Visor and then starting from scratch...
