Those of you convinced that Handspring is shafting us, what kind of facts have put the idea into your head that Handspring came up with the Visor, manufactured it, is in the process of bringing it to market, and their ONLY purpose is to develop capital? I agree that a profit margin is a factor in any business decision, but I really don't think that Handspring came up with a *KILLER* PDA, then decided to put out a "half-killer" PDA (ie: Visor) to get the funds necessary to bring the other to market. If you're upset about the new models, think about how those of us with a Palm V should feel - 6 months (give or take) after the introduction of the V at $449, Palm lowers the price to $249, and introduces the Vx at $449. No upgrade path. Sometimes stuff like this happens. I for one have ZERO facts about a second Handspring device. ZERO. All we've got is a few rumours floating around. If you're going to live your life guided by rumours, then you gotta be REALLY careful! Take them at face value. I could say that Palm is coming out with a color PDA by Q1 2000, but it's still just a rumor. No concrete basis in fact. Relax, enjoy your Visor, and here's the key - *get your money's worth*! At least the Visor isn't $500
