Now that it is officially the New Year, I would like to clean up all those old appointments from last year. I don't need them any more and I would like to free up the space.

Is there a easy way to do that? Are there any programs to perform the task ( like date book 4 ... )?

I have a BDV that I use with Palm Desktop.

In DateBook+ Choose Menu->Record->Purge Items. Then select the options you want and click OK.
