i have a little problem..i put some addresses into my handheld and tried to syncronize them with my computer, but they won't go in. i pulled up the Palm Desktop, but they're not going into it. if anybody can clue me in as to how to DO this, i'd be happy for some tips :0) thank you

Right click on the HotSync icon and click on custom. What conduits does it show that your computer is using to sync with your Palm?

i've tried to change the settings a few times, but it doesn't seem to want to stay..if you can help, i'll owe you a buck!!

You're syncing to Outlook and not the Palm Desktop... that's why no addresses are showing up there. Try looking in the Contacts folder of Outlook.

I think Sandtrap is trying to sync with outlook, and just checked Palm Desktop to make sure they weren't syncing there.

What version of PocketMirror are you using? What settings do you have in PocketMirror for your contacts?

BTW, I've been happy with the knowledge base on chapura's website for PocketMirror...you might want to do a search there as well: http://www.chapura.com

i'm using a Handspring Visor Deluxe, but i don't know how to find the settings for my contacts in it..

could somebody please tell me how to sync to Palm Desktop? because that's what i'm actually trying to do..i just can't figure out how to do it

Sandtrap,
I believe you'll have to uninstall hotsync and reinstall it. Make sure you check Palm Desktop when it asks you want you want to sync with.

what you want to do is go to the control panel
add/remove progarms
scroll down and select pocket mirror and remove it
reboot your PC
and sync
