Red face

Recently received my MemoryAccess module. It worked fine till I tried to update software on it. I got the updater from PalmGear(ver 1.1c).

My Visor crushed during the update process.
Now updater doesn't recognize my module as the right one.
It seems like I wiped out the flash memory on the module.

Can anyone HELP!

OK Here is something you can try. While inserting the module into your Visor, hold the up scroll key. Then go to the updater app, and hold the down scroll key while starting the flash process. This combination should make the updater app ignore what is on the module and force an update. As always, no warranties implied with this procedure, and it is always recommended to have a backup. Good luck.
