Prism after install many soft ask reboot,go in debug & nothing reset don`t help.SOS!

Try a warm reset (hold the UP button while pressing Reset) and see if that helps. If that works, try a soft reset. If you still get "debug" mode, warm reset again and try removing the last app(s) you installed then soft reset again. It sounds like you may have an incompatable app or two.
