I bought my memplug about few weeks ago and I'm very happy with it, but when I received mine from plamgear I noticed that the part of the module that has the memplug label seems to be loose. When I place it with in the visor it feels fine. When I remove the module I can feel that its shifts a little. It appears to be working fine I'm just wondering if this is ok. I'm just concerned something is wrong and after my continuous use of the module it might just break on me.

I don't have a solution but my MemPlug doesn't experience this problem & I haven't heard any other complaints.

The back panel of my MemPlug does have just a little bit of play in it. But it's not enough for me to worry about.
