I recently got a VDx and was previously using a PalmPilot Professional.
I run Lotus Notes at work and use their Easysync conduit to hotsync at work.
My problem is that while the datebook seems to hotsync fine, the memo and address books don't. This post focuses on the memo pad.

I tried disabling the memo hotsync at work, but it doesn't hotsync to the Palm Desktop application. The conduit is configured properly, and the status message *says* that it's hotsyncing, but the data is not transferred or updated. I forced the memopad to "desktop overwrites handheld" but that doesn't have any effect.

Note that the problem is not as some have described here of the memo conduit not being installed -- it is installed, it runs without error messages, but it does not update the memopad on VDx.

Any ideas? (I tried reinstalling the palm desktop that shipped with VDx).

I had looked in the FAQ but completely missed all the EasySync posts -- I have no idea how!
I saw them immediately after I posted and have deleted the syncXXX files for address and memopad -- VDx now hotsyncs with Palm Desktop.
