Unhappy

Has anyone else noticed that you really have to push hard on the power on button to turn the Visor on?

I usually have to press the button 2-3 times before I've applied enough pressure to make it work. It's not a big deal, but it is definitely annoying. The rest of the buttons respond just fine. Is it just my unit or has anyone else experienced this "feature" also?

I have a Blue Visor Deluxe.

Thumbs down

I have had this exact same problem as you have described, see my earlier post here:
http://discussion.visorcentral.com/...TML/000383.html

I have found that however, the contact for the power button is near the "screen end" of the visor. Therefore, when you press the button, if you just concentrate your force on hitting the button's top part, it will turn on much easier.

Anybody else found a better solution? I guess I can always take the Visor apart for a little adjusting?

On my Visor, I have a problem with the button on the opposite side of the power button: the MemoPad button. I have simply become accustomed to pushing it a little harder and pushing it twice when it doesn't respond the first time. I guess that is not as annoying or worrisome as having the same problem with the power button.

Same problem here. My graphite DLX often doesn't turn on without a firm push or two. I've taken pretty much to pressing one of the other buttons, which work fine. A minor annoyance.
