 Question Anyone use BIGZOO.NET as ISP for Cingular data access?

A Cheap ISP available in the SF Bay area is www.bigzoo.net.
Does anyone have experience with this company as an ISP? I'm also interested in using them as an ISP for VisorPhone data access through Cingular Wireless.
Anybody?
