hey, does anyone know if Card Access is ever going to release the 56k update for normal thinmodem users that they have been promising since it's release. i looked all around the support page and couldn't find anything.

From what I understand, cardaccess will be releasing an update for the original thinmodem within a month so that current thinmodem users can upgrade to 56k.

its been awhile...

They've been indicating via e-mail to me that the 56k modem update is in testing for quite some time. I'm running out of patience too! (not that I have a choice)

I spoke with Ray from Marketing at CA in early February. He thought the upgrade patch will be available in March 2001.
