Angry

After installing Pocket Mirror, I tried to hot sync all of my Outlook 2000 stuff (contacts, etc...). However, I get an error message in the hot sync log that says "MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed and configured. (8004010f) Error connecting to Outlook. Error Code = 101d" I don't have clue what's going on. Any suggestions on how to resolve this so I can hot sync my contacts. I really don't want to have to type in ALL of my address info again. Thanks... Oh, I'm using Win 95 and a serial port.

Unhappy

Same problem here but using Win98 and USB. I did a Find for PSTPRX.DLL on my system and it does not exist. I'm stumped too.

I can't remember if that was the exact error I got when I first tried this. But, anyway, go into Control Panel, Internet Options, Programs tab, and make sure Microsoft Outlook is selected for all the appropriate options.

Hope this helps.
