what type of connection visorcentral's
server(s) running on. (T1, T3, etc....)

VisorCentral's is currently hosted as a virtual server at hitter.net, an ISP in Florida. They have 6 DS-3 (t-3s), from four seperate backbone providers, to the Internet, roughly 270 MB/S.

We will soon move do a dedicated co-located server - hopefully the site will go even faster then.
