Sorry - out of luck
There are several threads here that discuss this issue:

quote: The problem with USB under Win95 OSR2 is that it wasn't fully implemented (I believe the specs were not set in stone at the time). So only a subset of USB was included. Hence, it works for a few peripherals, but not for the majority.

quote: Before ordering our handspring (my fiancee and myself) I called their tech support people and asked a variety of questions including: I saw on your website that win 95 and usb won't work, is that true even if I install the usbsupp file and have usb running normally otherwise?
They said it should work no problem.
Got my handspring dec 24th at 10 a.m. Tried installing the usbsupp.exe. to make a long story short ... call handspring back, ask the same question preceeded w/ "when I called before ordering. . ."
The handspring techie responded with "Oops."
Turns out there is no way to get it to work
BOTTOM LINE: If you want USB and Windows, you'll have to upgrade to Win98 or better.
