When I first loaded my Visor software it would automatically prompt Outlook to check email before syncing with my Visor DX which was very handy. It seems to have stopped doing that, and I want to know where or how I set my prefernces so that when I Hotsync I don't have to first check my email to get the latest mail into the sync queu.

Thats not what I meant.

I want to be able to press the sync button on my Visor and have the Hotsync Manager prompt Outlook to check for new email before syncing with the mail already in my Inbox.

I too have lost this ability in Outlook. It used to work fine in Outlook Express but when I switched to Outlook it would only sync mail already in the inbox. I heard that it might be a security patch in Outlook that prevents the Hotsynch manager from calling a script. I don't know if that is true. Any answer or solution would be appreciated!
