Thumbs down New Icons On Disscussion Board

I have been gone for the past two weeks and when I got back I saw that almost all the icons on this board have been replaced. I personally like the older set because they are easier to see. Especially on the first page with the new post indicators the old lightbulbs were much more distinct than the grey or white boxes that are there now. Compared to other forums like this this is the best and this is my only complaint so far.

I've been here while you had fun in Cuba. I'm used to them now and find them 'liveable'.
The 'bullet' feature is nice 'cause I read most of the threads and often forget which ones I've posted to. (A design limitation of the memory module of the Michael Walters model, which I intend to discuss with his manufacturer after final recall)

Arrow

The New icons took a while to get used to and I was here all along. I still prefer the old icon sets though.

I've said it before, but...

I find the new icons overly-detailed and ambigous. Two things an icon should NOT be.

I agree. Some nice new features, but simply aggravating. I don't mind more detail in the old ones, but all-new is confusing. I wouldn't have whined about a tweaking of the old ones to look a little sharper, but the new ones don't even match!

BOOOOOOOOOO!

I found and replaced some of the icons, but the buttons will have to wait for Marcus. I'll bug him about it when we get back from PCX.

I'm a fan of the bullet so as to know which threads I've participated in. In general, I am grateful to have a site that entertains, enlightens, and does all of it for free. So, no b****ing about the icons for me!!
