Just a thought I had. I would love to see a wireless modem springboard(don't we all?). Maybe something based off of Metricom's Ricochet technology, which has support in a few cities (http://www.metricom.com). None of this is new yet, but I haven't seen the suggestion of allowing access to the Springboard modem through the Visor's USB port. So, it would be super cool to be able to use the same wireless springboard modem for a laptop, and then the Visor would pass all the data through it's USB port, and then just become a display for the modem. So, you could handle all configuration for the springboard modem and display information like signal strength, battery power, bandwidth and send/receive information.
Anyway, I thought I would throw it out there as I haven't seen the suggestion of the pass thru yet. If I can get 1 modem that can work on multiple devices, I am all for it.
