hey guys,

I just bought a Visor the other day, and I love it! I don't have much use for some of the PIM's, but I got it because I heard it was a cool device, and had a lot of great software. Right now I have 2 things [besides the standard stuff on it] installed...AvantGo and Asteroids. I'm having trouble finding good software for it, because all i see is datebooks, address books, etc, which I already have standard on the Visor. I'm in high school, so i'm more interested in games and school related programs [not the boring ones =)]. Does anyone have any idea's on what I should add to my Visor? I only have 2MB on it, and i have a little of half left. If i need more, i might get that springboard which adds 4MB.

Also, what do you guys use your visor's for? Mostly for the PIMs, or does anyone else use there just for the other software available? I'm interested in knowing, because I'm not sure if a visor is as useful if you dont use the built in PIM's.

That's about it...anyone's comments would be greatly appreciated. I'm 90% sure i'll keep the visor, but i'm trying to find some good programs and such so i dont think about that30 day return policy of Best Buys...damn them =)

Go to www.palmgear.com. You can find all the software you could ever hope for and then some. One of the coolest I think is OmniRemote which allows you to "copy" almost any remote control in your home. Imagine changing the channel, programming your VCR, and turning up the stereo all from your Visor. From games to apps to reference materials... its all at PalmGear.com

Hi,
If you into book reading, you can use your Visor as an eBook Reader. Think of going to your school library and checking out a favorite novel or school assignment book.
With all the free ebooks available on the web, you don't never have to return them back. You can start up your own personal library of eBooks for the go.

Cool

If you are in high school or college, you should check out Four.Zero at http://www.nathanblack.com/

Most of the students on the VisorCentral discussion groups swear by this program.
