PiDirect/QuoVadis problem

I have 2 versions of QuoVadis (2.1 for USA and 2.0 for Europe) and their respective maps stored in separate directories on a CF card for use with a MemPlug module with the goal of running one or the other version using PiDirect. I was able to run QV 2.0 directly from the card for 2 weeks with no problem by directing PiDirect to the QV 2.0 directory on the card. However, since then, when I direct PiDirect to read QV 2.1 and its maps from their directory, QV doesn't show up in my Applications screen. I've had to move QV 2.1 and all the maps to internal memory to use the program. Any ideas?
