My screen seems to be loose in the upper left hand corner. If I push on it lightly it depresses back into the case. Is this normal and I never noticed it? Does any one elses do this? I have had the VDX since Feb. and have only had the software looping problem after a soft reset that has been mentioned in several posts. I don't know if it's a coincidence, but I've had to reset 2x since I noticed this last week. BTW I'm not running any aftermarket apps on the machine.

I have the same problem except mine is the entire top edge of the scree.

If you take it apart you will see that Handspring uses two small plastic posts to locate the top of the LCD screen in place. They then "weld" (heat or vibratory) these posts over into a mushroom shape to hold the top of the screen to the case. These posts are real small and mine have both broken.

As far as I can tell, it hasn't affected anything though.
