Exclamation

Has anyone else noticed a problem with the SoundsGood Springboard Module? Very often while using it, I will get a message that pops up with something like a memorymgr error and a reset button. The mp3 player will continue to function fine until I reset the Visor, and will even work after the Visor has reset. But then the Visor will not recognise the module and it's programs (i.e.-the Audio Player software), despite the fact that it is inserted. While the module itself will work, I have to take it out and reinsert it to get the programs to show up.

Does anyone know if there are any patches on the way for this? Help!

I guess the first thing you should do is the hackmaster check, since that is probably the first thing any tech support will tell you to do. They will want to know if you can reproduce the problem consistently. If you are using hackmaster try disabling your hacks and see if you get the same error. If it doesn't work try Good tech support via e-mail. They were pretty good with response time when I needed to write them...
