Greetings all,

I was wondering if anyone out there has been able to use any free (or at least VERY cheap) ISPs for wireless internet access via their VisorPhone. If so, which ones work the best with the Visor? What do people like to use?

I know that there are a lot out there, but I don't care to call through several dozen tech support numbers to find out if they are Visor compatible, or whether or not they require software tricks in order to log in. I would prefer to benefit from the experience of others.

Thanks for your help.

Check out this site... it contains really helpful info on a variety of free ISP's. You can also read through or search the forums for previous discussions.

I appreciate the link, but I've already checked out that site. It's helpful but does not answer my question completely. The author admits that most Free ISPs have since caught on and no longer allow Palm/Visor access. Sadly, he does not specify which Free ISPs are currently usable.

What I want is personal, up-to-date experience. What ISPs are people using successfully right now?

If you have anything to add based on your own experiences, I would appreciate it.

Some of the more recent threads indicate that there's been success with Juno and BlueLight.com. I personally have not tried any of the free ISP's as I connect through SprintPCS QNC from my cell phone most of the time. I have also used EarthLink and CompuServe Classic in the past.
