I spoke to someone at Handspring UK customer care today and I was utterly gob-smacked how obnoxious and unhelpful they were.

I wanted to enquire what shops on the High Street sold the Prisms, as the only place that seems to sell them is the Handspring website, as they only accept Visa/MasterCard, I only have Switch.

The guy went through a list of the stores that sold the Prisms: Dixons, PC World, Staples, John Lewis etc etc. The day previous I went to all of these shops in Staines and Kingston, and even phoned major branches and head offices in the Greater London area, none of which sold it.

The guy told me "well they're the shops on my list", I asked him if he could check with someone to see what shops *actually* sold the Prisms, he said no, he was too busy!!!
