Angry Visor in Cradle > Computer Crashes

Hi I have a Visor Deluxe and I am using Windows XP and a couple of weeks ago I put my visor in the cradle and the computer bombed.... black screen and would only come back up with a reset, I then have to soft resent my Visor to make it work again....

It happens once a week now and every time I want to synch the Visor it's like dicing with death....

anyone had this problem before and know a fix?

Lightbulb Your Answer...

Hey,

This used to happen to my Mac. I read this board and found a fix. It's static electricity. Before you plug in your deluxe touch the contacts of the cradle and it should get rid of all static electricity. My computer does not reset anymore. Be careful with static electricity, it can also fry your mother board.
