Homemade Visor Flip Cover
Concept by Steffan Andrews
Pros: Uses Visor hardcover to hold Visor in; Instructions really good, Well Priced
Cons: Looks crude; have a real case ready to put your Visor in when the novelty wears off.
The Homemade Visor Flip Cover by Steffan Andrews is a replacement cover for your Visor Deluxe or any Visor with a Handspring Slipper Case and a hard cover. The case is built by you, however, and if you do it wrong, you can end up without any case.
First, we should all praise Steffan Andrews for giving us some great instructions. Without those graphics, I wouldn't have finished the thing. Another great thing is that the case uses the Visor's hardcover to hold the Visor in the cover, a great idea (Which is also used in Handspring's line of cases). Best of all, it's free.
However, when your done, you'll find your self with a crude looking case, not as sharp as the 3D Pics. on Steffan's page. It will look, as my friend put it, "Ghetto".
I did this because I had the things lying around, and that I already owned a Handspring Slim Case to use in public. It's not that bad, and it only took me 10 min. to complete.
Final Score : Who cares, it free!
