Help!
I wrote tech support at Thinmodem and they were not able to help. I am ready to return my Thinmodem to Amazon but am really upset that I would have to do so for such a seemingly straightforward need on my part.
It's simple-I want to dial up my companies NT RAS Server and be connected to the Internet using my Visor Deluxe and Thinmodem.
Here is the reply and my original question with relevant details below. Surely SOMEONE can help me and and help me avoid a return of a product I really do want to hang on to. Thanks!

I do not know how much RAS connection support software is in the Palm OS. It
may not be possible to establish the connection you wish, until someone
makes a Palm OS version of the network software. There may be a way to
establish such a connection with scripts, but these would have to be
specific to the RAS, we do not have the data to try and set these up.
I hate to turn you away without any possible solutions, but we just do not
have the information to set this kind of connection up. Perhaps Handspring
would have a solution for you (www.handspring.com). Or you could try posting
your question on a discussion board. Maybe someone else has already done
this, who can help you. The following website has really great Visor
discussions: http://www.visorcentral.com. I wish that I had a better answer for
you.
Thanks for your inquiry,
Card Access Support.
