Question Reduced graffiti/tapping recognition.

Hey all.
Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing reduced recognition with my VPL. Especially when I use my DateBook 4 (which has been nothing but cool since I've been using it) I can tap on 'OK' and nothing will happen. I have to tap like 5 times on things sometimes before recognition happens and the button is pressed. Should I contact Handspring? What could/would they even do about it? Is anyone out there having this problem too?

Just use your half-keyboard.

To start simply, have you re-digitized it?

Do you have a stowaway? It seems like the driver was causing this to happen when I had my DLX one time. If you do, make sure to disable the keyboard in the driver, and see if there is any difference. As I can't remember for sure if this was the case, I certainly can't remember how I fixed it (the 1.5 driver might have fixed it). ???
