how often do you check Visorcentral?

thanks for polling,
robert

i screwed up on 'every other week, i have unlimited access to the net.' i meant to say my budget restricts the time i can surf the net daily.

Your poll should accomodate those of us who live here during the week, but much less so on the weekends.

If you're talking about K.C, she's hitched.

(speaking of hitching, MY VC time will be down this week: 5 days, 8 hours, 11 minutes, and 28 seconds, according to BigClock!)

Variable, so none of the poll answers fits me. Generally, my main reading is first thing in the morning while drinking coffee and checking other sites. Then I'll pop back in once or twice a day during a normal day to check for new threads. Total time usually averages under an hour. On busy days, once a day is a lot. On slow days (or days where I'm doing some sort of maintenance which requires typing a couple of commands and waiting for a while a server churns), I might pop back in five or six times. Weekends are very rare for me unless I'm doing some off hours work (like some mail server maintenance Saturday).

Offical Quote of Today. (more buttering... Anybody ever read Love Medicine?)

DNRC??

Back on topic, I have been an admitted Visorholic for quite awhile, I'm pretty sure that it has something to do with random rewards. It's a known behavorial fact that regular rewards cause the animal to become listless about pushing the button, but random rewards (a la gambling) will cause animals to become addicted. VC is just in that sweet spot: just enough good information just often enough to keep me coming all the time.

This is clearly unfair and yet another example of how Toby is a trouble-maker and never adds to the discussion, only destroys.... (I couldn't figure out a way to make a direct quote work in my sentance.)

However, self-apointed positions are certified by one person only, (i.e. VC Genius??), whereas I now have the immense power of a cartoon dog conglomerate behind my title.

Butter for Yorick: Clown Skulls don't eat popcorn, so I'll use it to buff your avatar... Then, you'll be so happy, you'll bear me on your back a thousand times. You'll have your gibes, your gambols, your songs, your flashes of merriment that will set the table to a roar, that is, of course, until you're dead.

Clearly, I must be shunned. Let the shunning commence!! I'll begin. *head explodes*

I'll bet you get all Dennis Miller's obscure references too, eh? *wonders if Yorick's avatar is really his own skull, and Yorick is the small set of blinking eyes*

That's only one of the perks. For more, you'd have to join.
