 Question Visor Deluxe and Samsung SCH-3500 Internet Acces?

My Visor Deluxe runs POS 3.1H3 and I have a cable to connect the phone and Visor. Phones doesn't have InfraRed.

I've seen references to the Connections tab in Prefs, but my OS dosen't have it.

Can someone give me a step by step on what I need to setup and install to get my PDA to connect with my Sprint PCS phone?
