 Ethernet Springboard?

Does anyone know if there is an Ethernet (RJ-45) springboard + dongle being sold out there?

If not, does anyone have experience with connecting (not hotsync'ing, but a real internet browsing/email POP3 connection) a Visor Deluxe using a PortSmith Ethernet PDA cradle? Here's the link for the photo:

Nope, not such a beast. I (and many others) wish there was one though.
