... a response to my feedback.

Interesting, I have now gotten replies to both my comments to Handspring via their feedback screen on the website, despite the fact it clearly states they have no time to answer messages. The first time I was complaining about the service. The second I was just commenting that I thought it was odd that there was no order confirmation number, etc.

One message I got 1 week later, and another I got 4.5 weeks later. Too bad I haven't gotten the Visor yet though.

Their response on that last bit:

"You can get an order confirmation from us. It is The Date on which you ordered, your name and Tel.no. If you call us back at a later date you'll also find that a specific number has been allocated to your order as well. If you order through the Web you also get an Order number."

It's also too bad that when I did phone 2 weeks after the initial order, they had no idea if my order even existed in the system.
