Handspring to Visor...You are the weakest link, Goodbye!

This is a sad day for the history of the PDA. HS has annouced it will move away from the traditional organizer line. The Visor IMO has been the best PDA out there. I love my deluxe and will forever miss seeing another new Visor that I was looking forward to. However as with my reminicense of the past it is time to let go and look towards the future. Zaurus hopefully will take off. Otherwise Palm is once again looking more attractive, as I have a grudge against Sony, and Handera is a little pricey.

I was surprised, but not terribly disappointed, to hear about this. I think the Treos are a good idea, if not quite perfect the first time out. I just got a Prism, so I won't be trading up for quite some time. When I do, hopefully they will have a color Treo with SD card support (and possible Edge-style Springboard slot). At that point, I think it'd be worth the switch.
