Lightbulb One-color case

A dark navy blue or a purple, but the same color all over the case.

Smoke (slight brown or black tint to clear plastic).

For opaque cases:

Two-tone with a vertical division, like a japanese stoneware cup.

Circuit-board green with gold "circuit traces".

Sky blue.

Brushed aluminum like the cases at dave.com.

Walnut with brass inlay, and ivory scrimshawed buttons.

How about Stainless Steel. Like the deloreans of old.

"I used to rule my world from a payphone booth"
now I just use my Visor.

Why can't handspring do something like the nokia phones? Then it would be easy to make all the colors that we would like. It can't be that hard, because the Nokia phones are not that expensive.
But if that cannot be done, then I vote for purple.

Good idea, but would they need to redesign the Visor? Someone should make up designs for "Clip-On-Colors" and how they would attach and send them to Handspring!

Cool

How about pure transparent plastic, just like the new G4 Cube's body?

How about having all the colors, but sharp, not transparent. Do you know what I mean?

Metallic Orange. Without a doubt. But what would be really cool is if Handspring made a "generic" Visor and a bunch of interchangeable snap-on fronts, or something similar, so we could change the look of our Visor on a whim. Perhaps we could choose which "front" we wanted with the original order, then buy more whenever the mood strikes you.
And matching Springboard "cases" would be great for those of us who like matching accessories.

I'll email the results to Hawkins once we reach 100 posts. (from the WHOIS on handspring.com, [email protected])

Thumbs up

Pink polka dots all over on a graphite or purple surface.
Now that's what I call ACCEPTABLE.

Has anyone seen the ads for the new Motorola phones? They have what looks like thin rubber "skins" in different colors that slip over the phone. That means that you can change the color every day to suit your mood. Now that would be VERY cool. Also, the rubber might offer some additional protection in the (heaven forbid) event that you drop your Visor.

The wuestion that I have about these phones is: how do the cover stay on. The way I treat my visor and phone, I don't think that it would stay on at all times.

Lightbulb

Solid color or "rainbow" anodized Ti (and yes, you could get it in purple... )

Polished Aluminum

Brushed Stainless

Or, the one I'd buy in a heartbeat- Carbon Fiber
