Deleting PQA's

I noticed an E*Trade PQA on Palmgear, and downloaded and installed it before realizing that the PQA was for wireless access to the internet (rather than for a internet download via Hotsync).

Now, I can't seem to delete the file from my Prism - the PQA doesn't show up on my file list generated from an "Application-Delete" menu command.

Any idea how I can remove this file?
