Folks,
My NT box (w/ serial cradle) has recently been taking
a few tries of hitting the cradle sync button to finally
get my machine to wake up. The Visor wakes up fine, but
the cradle is not getting my Sync software to wake up.

Tech support had no idea as expected.

Any ideas?

Handspring won't admit it, but there really is something wrong with their serial cradles. I own two, and use that as leverage to get replacements . . .
