Question

Trying to decide between the Nexian HandyGPS and the Magellan Companion. Anyone tell me the differences and which would be a better buy fro my Visor Platinum? Thanks a lot.

You might want to search the archives, but it appears that the Magellan works quite a bit better than the Handy GPS. There are many unsatisfied users of the Nexian product, and quite a few returned them.

I just got the Magellan GPS companion today, so I haven't really played with it. I bought it based on the responses here, and the tried and true Magellan name in the GPS market.
