Question

How low should I let the batteries go before I changed them? The first pair is at 28-30% now.

The unit will start nagging you at 10%. I tend to change the batteries soon after.

How about NiMh's? at what voltage do you replace them??

It's been recommended to re-charge them at 50% (not sure about voltage) for them to last longer.

I replace NiMh at ~2.26V. My Visor got flakey at 2.1V.
